A pedestrian died after being hit by a garbage truck in Chester Hill today.
At around 8:30 a.m. (Tuesday, February 23, 2021), emergency services were at the intersection of Gurney Road and Woodlands Avenue, Chester Hill , called after a pedestrian was reportedly hit by a garbage truck.
Officers from Bankstown Police Area Command set up a crime scene that is being investigated by Crash Investigation Unit investigators.
