Tiger Woods was injured in a serious car accident in California on Tuesday, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said. It was a single vehicle rollover.

The LA County Sheriff’s Department said Woods’ vehicle was badly damaged and needed to be rescued from the wreck with the « jaws of life » . The 45-year-old golfer was taken to the hospital.
