Former Zenit goalkeeper Yuri Lodygin made his debut for PAS from Yanina. The Russian entered the starting lineup for the match of the 19th round of the Greek Super League with the Athens AEK.
Lodygin became a player of the Greek PAS from Ioannina a week ago. The agreement with the 30-year-old football player is calculated for six months. Lodygin’s last club was Tula’s Arsenal, from which the player left on August 1, 2020 at the end of the contract. In 2019, Lodygin played for the Greek Olympiacos and the Turkish Gaziantep. In the 2019/2020 season, Yuri played in two Arsenal games, conceding five goals. He also took part in 3 matches of the Turkish Cup and 2 meetings of the Turkish Super League. The goalkeeper conceded 10 goals. He has one clean sheet to his credit. AEK announced its separation from Massimo Carrera on December 22. The Italian coached Spartak Moscow from 2016 to 2018.
