IronRidge Resources Ltd – an Australia-based mineral exploration company – announces net proceeds of £ 3.6 million from the exercise of 32.2 million warrants of 12p each.

The company called in January 2021 for the Warrant holders to exercise the 32.2 million warrants related to May 2020 fundraising. All bondholders have chosen to exercise these warrants. For this reason, no shares have been issued in Open Source Capital Ltd, the Chief Executive-controlled Alberona Pty Ltd or the Chairman Neil Herbert under a subscription agreement.

Says that after these shares were issued, the block listing was canceled. The company’s newly issued share capital consists of 452.1 million common shares.

The Morningstar Star Rating for stocks is based on an analyst’s estimate of the fair value of stocks. It is projection / opinion and not a statement of fact. Morningstar awards star ratings based on an analyst’s estimate of the fair value of a stock. Four components determine the star rating: (1) our assessment of the company’s economic moat, (2) our assessment of the fair value of the share, (3) our uncertainty regarding this assessment of the fair value and (4) the current market price. This process culminates in a single point star rating that is updated daily. A 5-star hotel stands for the belief that the share has a good value at the current price. It is not a 1-star share. If our basic assumptions are correct, then over time, usually within three years, the market price will match our estimate of fair value. Investments in securities are subject to market and other risks. Past performance of a security may or may not be maintained in the future and is not an indication of future performance. The quantitative estimate of fair value corresponds to Morningstar’s estimate of the dollar per share a company’s equity is worth today. The quantitative estimate of fair value is based on a statistical model derived from the fair value estimate assigned to companies by Morningstar’s equity analysts and includes a financial forecast of the company. The quantitative estimate of the fair value is calculated daily. It is a projection / opinion and not a statement of fact. Investments in securities are subject to market and other risks. Past performance of a security may or may not be maintained in the future and is not an indication of future performance.
