Tribune News ServiceMohali February 22The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) today conducted a draw for allotting 287 residential plots at Eco City-2 New Chandigarh.
The scheme which was launched in December last year offered residential plots in sizes of 200 sq yd 300 sq yd 400 sq yd 450 sq yd 500 sq yd 1000 sq yd and 2000 sq yd at the cost of Rs25000 per sq yd.
The draw was held at the community centre Purab Premium Apartments Sector 88.
As many 4819 applications were received for 289 plots but draw was held for 287 plots as two plots were reserved under sports quota but no one had applied for these.
The plots would be located a few km away from the PGI another advanced medical facility.
